If something can only be understood under the strict tenets of a single group, youre most likely in a cult. The aura of peace will quickly fade when you realize the dogma is anything but peace.

Before I listen to this, the first answer to the question comes to mind: it says it right in the Quran 29:2 “Do people think once they say, “We believe,” that they will be left without being put to the test?” I cannot say I love God without being tested. That would be too easy. With great power comes great responsibility. When I came to Islam my wife threatened to leave me. Alhamdulillah I told her I love you and I love God. There is no contradiction there. ☝️

Asking difficult questions with questionable attitude is one problem however some of us have the audacity and absence of akhlaq to make viral videos blaming casualties of these earthquakes as direct result of actions/beliefs of their past generation. Actions/beliefs (or lack thereof) of their past generation, our dear Shaykh had also elaborated in his past/other videos.

It's not befitting to us to ask such a question coming from ignorance. We as muslims have to believe with Yaqeeen that everything that Allah does is good. This life has an end the greater the test the greater the rewards. May Allah grants us Sabr over the trials of Duniya and may He forgives us our sins. May reunite us in Jannah with our kith and kin
