Although you didn't complete the challenge, it takes serious balls to even try Iron Mike's routine. The video was really entertaining and was worth every second. Hat's off for the effort. Also Mike did it in his late teenage years till his late 30s and you did it in your 40s that's a gigantic feat in itself.

In addition to this, kya aap ek video series bana skte ho jisme har ek muscle ki kuch kuch exercises utha k yeh bta pao ki unn exercises ko lagane ka sahi way, body posture aur sahi formation kya honi chahiye so that exercise sahi dhang se laga payein hum log. KZbin pe sab yeh toh bta dete hai k kon kon si Exercises lgani hai, lekin yeh koi ni btata ki iss exercise ko lgane ka sahi dhang kya hai. @YatinderSinghOfficial

It's good to see a bodybuilder doing boxing that's why in boxing you need a lean body to doing boxing I am also a grappler( one who pushes his body to limits) I can understand as I also do 3 hours of training everyday in which I do martial arts training powerlifting sprinting and many other secret techniques
