Thoda diet per dhyan rakho! Eat fruits and vegetables atleast once in day! Din mein badi meal (Breakfast and lunch) Din mein ek small meal (Dinner) Din mein 2 snac meal (fruits) Thoda diet mein protein intake badha lo.. Most important exercise jarur karo 1.5 hours per day.. Avoid pack food, sugar, milk ext
