What an interesting reaction. You had a concise and illustrative way to explain what you were hearing. It was illuminating. I will have to check out some more of your reactions. And I’ll be here for any other Faouzia reactions you do. I think this is her best written song and while there are co-writers listed, this did drop when she was only 19. I keep hoping a musician reacts to her song “My Heart’s Grave”. It was an early one, and while the MV isn’t great, the musical arrangement is. Sounds like NOLA funeral Jazz to me. (Non musician) Anyway, thanks again.
