惜しい～アングルドデッキの分後方カタパルトの後ろが両サイドV字型に張り出しててクロスで戦闘機が着艦出来る形になってたら 満点ですね‼️ It's regrettable ~ If the back of the catapult behind the rear of the angled deck overhangs in a V shape on both sides and the fighter can land on the cross It's a perfect score! But thanks for the wonderful video

Love design but one problem, when the Cannons are turned and firing, they cover the runways so no planes can land or take off. Juts a suggestion but maybe shorten the large cannon barrels so they don't cover the runway. Just a suggestion.

I have similar idea to yours, but different in details. My main idea is that an aircraft carrier must have enough self-defense power as well as ship-based anti-ship capability so as to boost survival rate when sailing alone. Therefore, my design is that the bridge is located in the centre, with missile silos and near-defense auto cannons in front of and behind the bridge.

Aquarius+Space Battleship Yamato+B-01. It'll be a good idea. Aquarius has 3 parts. B-01 has 2 wave motion gun, and Space Yamato has 1. Yamato wmg (wave motion gun) is for a mid one, the B-01 is for left and right part.

irl, CVs are never in range for any secondary batteries to fire[in this case, main batteries] anyway. If it does then the captain should just jump ship himself so this ship in reality is pretty much useless but the concept is cool nonetheless. I really do appriciated das build.

This isn't a new idea, Japan converted the IJN Ise and Hyuuga into aviation battleships after the battle of Midway to makeup for their lack of CVs. The Mogami was also converted to an aviation cruiser due to damage - the Tone-class was originally intended to be Mogami-class cruisers as well, but were redesigned into aviation cruisers mid construction. Battleships died off and aircraft carriers reign supreme, everything BBs did, a Cruiser does better now. The idea of an aviation capable battleship is awesome, but impractical and leads to the problem of it can do pretty much everything yet lacks the ability to do them well - as Japan clearly showed the harsh reality of this really cool concept by having all of their aviation hybrids absolutely destroyed during the war. Still cool idea though.

The combined ship will be very very slow and became an easy target for a missile. Especially what we are talking here is Yamato (Largest BB ever build) and Gerald Ford (Idk about this ship but its a CV)... So a combined BB and CV, imagine the slow movement from them... An ez pez target for a missile in this modern World. And a slow ship like that won't be needed in a modern day like now. That's why BB never get build anymore but, a combined ship? From an BB and a CV? Can't imagine anything. But, I love the video.

MAYBE at times of desperate (like ww3 or something) the US Goverment and Japan's Goverment may have worked together to make this combined ship. Is it slow? Yes, but because the IJN Yamato used 12 Kampon boilers, it only give the Yamato a equivalent of 150,000 hsp with 4 steam turbines, giving it the speed of 27knots, while the USS Gerald R. Ford uses 2 A1B Nuclear Reactors giving it 336,000 hsp with 4 Shaft, making the Gerald R. Ford accelerate at the speed of 30 knots. The IJN Yamato 12 Kampon boilers can be upgraded (maybe) to the newly (MAYBE) A1B Nuclear Reactor that gives 168,000 hsp by a single reactors. SO, if this ship becomes a reality then maybe the max speed is between 30/40 or 40/50. Also the guns on the IJN Yamato is slow, the traverse in 300°, but the traverse speed is 2°/s. Maybe the gun will rotate faster if the US moded it.
