It is correct, the (US) propaganda is so powerful that an intelligent person like Mr. Huang is so convinced.

In theory, the votes decides the politicians in the west. But the true is, it is the rich class decides the policies and rules in the west.

The unconventional wisdom is and how many populated country like China or India cannot follow the liberal democracy like the Western countries not even US now we can use witnessed the fact that the happened to US a few months ago because over 30% of a pop population do you know how to have a wisdom to participate the voting system of US and a rest of 70% split in half fighting each other for parties benefit not on the left to fight for peoples benefit so was China’s meritocracy have a better than a liberal democracy in every aspects

Agreed..🌹💯..The US laws actually made to protect the RICH NOT THE POOR..This was heard from one of the RE investment classes by an attorney..Look at those corporations and other's political VIP who would pay ?#?#🤔? of💲💲2 the Lobbyists to do what??..May I ask?? To entertain the Law's Makers to release their stresses, perhaps?🤔?..Surely..👍😉..A VIP trips to the Sin City's for "messages" and listening 2 🎵 Poker's🎼 Face 🎶are not a bad ideas after all..😂🤣😆..

He loves the belt and road and the loan driven model. Very enthusiastic about where China is going...absolutely no criticism whatsoever. Fair enough it's his heritage

Incredible scholar, true economist! The fact that he had not won Nobel price for economics, just to show you how ignorant and racist that price really is. He is the only one can explain the dynamics of economics!

I am sorry to disagree with those who claim that the US is not producing anything that people around the world want. The US is exporting the best technology, entertainment (music, movies, television content) , financial instruments, scientific discoveries, drugs and cellular therapies, scientific knowledge, sports, services, weapons, and education. China is not leading in any of these. Let me illustrate with some examples to make the case. The US is still leading in technology. Look at Apple products. Even though their products are made mostly in Asia, they are designed in the US. They are the most copied technology in the world. Look at Microsoft, Dell, HP, Google, Intel, and AMD. Without that technology, China will fall behind quickly. In the area of medicines, including vaccines, US is definitely still still leading. In terms of entertainment, supports, and financial services, the US is still dominant. US education is still the most highly respected in the world. They make 80% of commercial airplanes. US weapons technology is still the best. China, Japan, and Germany are beginning to catch up but they are nowhere near dominant. A few countries are beating the US in some areas, such as train technology and manufacturing technology (electronics and devices). It is still the American century, in my opinion.

41:00 Western Govt. Programs are grants. (which do not need to be paid back) Brick and Road Initiative is a "loan driven program", and if they are not being repaid, "China can't continue".. or can it? Can it continue the "DEBT TRAPS" strategy? If it is in the Chinese Global Military strategy, YES! en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Debt-trap_diplomacy

But services by advanced countries are over priced/charged especially the western ones. And China population does play the crucial factor.

The graph at start is completely fake. India did not exist as a nation before world war 2 for starters. In 1820's America was only 30 years old and the graph does not show France and the UK which in 1820 would dwarf China as seeming on the same level as new born America in 1820. China was the superpower in the days of Carthage and Rome about 2000 years ago. There is NO way Europe was less GDP then China in 1800's. The UK or France ALONE should be higher. Someone just made that graph from nonsense. Not to mention that 90% of the wealth of Britian was NOT in Europe but in Biritish Raj India, South Africa, Australia, Singapore, the middle east, and Africa. 2020 China less then 1820?! wow. How is India on this chart before they ever existed as a country? India was a British colony until World War 2. In the 1820's wasn't most of the entire China coastline under Birtish, French, Dutch, Portuguese, or Spanish occupation? If China was the world's superpower in 1820 then how is it that their homeland is occupied by Europeans? Notice how the graph never changed after the Japanese invasion in 1930s and 1940's or the communist takeover that followed. I would like to know how India influenced the world's GDP under the nose of British occupation all those years.
