My teenage daughter was recently diagnosed. The day before we found out her immune system was tanked, we went into the grocery store and the clerk was sick. I had no idea at the time that she was so susceptible, she caught the clerks SMALL cold and it has been a struggle since. I will also be bulk shopping through winter from now on as well, we will no longer be going into the grocery stores from Oct to April. I appreciate you including your vulnerability into the video for families like mine to be able to relate. Thank you.

I took it somewhat for granted in the beginning of my treatments. I figured I would just make sure people didn't come over for dinners if they were sick. Unfortunately not having an immune system to fight off infections is more complicated than that. Turns out I spent the first couple of months fighting off one cold or another and I couldn't trace it back to anything other than being in public. It took some financial reworking in the beginning so I'm happy we can do it this way and just stay out of the stores as much as possible now. I wish your daughter well this coming season ❤️

I don’t like to run out of anything. I open the last of something and put it on the list and buy several

Me too. My family thinks it too much but I want to be prepared. I was also raised in a house with no food and no school lunch, I refuse to let my kids ever go hungry.

@marieparks5674 Same! we needed something awhile back and so I went to my pantry and realized I didn't have any. I went to my husband and said well, you aren't going to believe this😅 I actually don't have an ingredient for once. It was a weird feeling lol. It was something I generally keep on hand so we had a good laugh about it.

@crystalsaiz5248 This has helped alleviate some sense of food insecurities in children we have fostered. I can absolutely imagine how that would drive you to want to make sure you and your family don't go without. ❤️ Thank you for watching

I love the idea of buying cleaning products for a year at a time! I’m going to write on any new bottles to see how long it takes to get through something.

It feels great to have less to haul at every shopping trip and less need to go out for something as well. Sure enough we'll need laundry detergent one week and lysol the next🤭 This way, we have what we need all year long

Hi Angela, I got distracted, I was cooking dinner while watching and I was wondering if you plan your BIG order during a certain sale time or just when you need it? Thanks! I would love to do this too!

I typically plan my main order in the fall months...September or October. And then I'll do smaller fill in the gap orders throughout the year if needed. Mostly cleaning supplies and hygiene items I can plan for the year though 😊

You do to much talking instead of showing the food
