Let me tell you this story. I’ve been on medication for depression and anxiety for almost 2 years now. Lately the depression is kicking in again because of the heartbreak I experienced a short while ago. I was browsing through heartbreak songs by Amy Winehouse when I remembered My Mind (heard it 2 years ago) and decided to watch it again. Then I was sucked in the rabbit hole of My Mind’s reaction videos, as I enjoyed seeing how people were left completely speechless by her magnificent voice so much. Then all of a sudden, I thought to myself: “How lucky I am, being able to find and immerse myself in such a huntingly beatiful voice and soul.” Being able to be shaken to the core by such a power of art, it is truly a blessing. Then the pain I was going through just faded away. I feel hungry for music, for art again. And that, is how music healed me. From the darkest pit of a broken soul, we found the brightest gem, shining through the pain. Yebba, or Abbey, didn’t “motivate” me or anything, she just poured her heart out to the world, and that, somehow, became the force to heal. I cam across your video, and from your very first reactions, I just know I have to share this with you. Good day!

The voice of an Angel…..Yebba has one of the most beautiful voices I have ever heard……..if not, THE best! I have been reduced to tears many times listening to her sing. I’m so sorry this happened to you, yet it seems it was a blessing in disguise, your no longer with such an awful man. ... I remember when my husband and I started dating n we went to this bar where his friends were at, as he’s introducing to some people he tells this lady “this is my girlfriend and says my name”, the look on her face said enough for me, ya know women just know when it comes to certain things. She said back hi and said how pretty I was, like kept repeating how pretty I was, how perfect my body was, how she wished she could wear what I was wearing, how pretty my hair was, just weirdly overly nice, how lucky my boyfriend was to have me, but her eyes seemed so sad, her eyes were saying something else to me. I later found out he was messing around with this lady, who he told that he didn’t date n was a forever bachelor, their ordeal was pretty much hook up late night ish when he was faded type of thing. And one night I guess they were about to get down and he stops and says he can’t mess with her cuz he’s in love with another woman and just leaves her like wth and doesn’t hit her up again. When I found that out I always thought about her and how that must have felt for her, I know I would have felt used and humiliated, to want that person, give your time and body to that person, just for them to turn around and get wirh someone else... That has always stuck with me. But it was a blessing in disguise for her because my husband is not a good man, at all, he’s a lying, deceitful/shady, cheating, abusive in every way, addict, narcissist.

I almost never watch reaction videos. I find many annoying some amusing but hands down your reaction was so pure and your message at the end…wow thank you. I love you authenticity and your beautiful soul. I see you. I also have ptsd ad have been through some of the things you mentioned. I have worked on myself for years. I do energy healing and Thetahealing and had a huge session today and when I saw this I cried. I cried at the beauty of it. I cried for her pain and the pain I felt and I was reminded of all the valuable lessons and virtues I learnt from being cheated on with the guys I lived with for years And my then best friend/family friend of 11 years. I feel like I’ve finally fully let go of the Unforgiveness, resentment and rejection I felt since this happened in 1999. I only watched Yebbas performance a couple of hours ago and geez Louise I was bawling. The power of music to heal and transform you and touch your soul is real.
