Alright so if you want to make the quickest fertilizer for this boil some banana peels 2 cups of water in the pot and atleast 2-3 banana peels it would be better if you give them even more and make sure to boil it for 10-15 minutes oh and by the way adding more water is better to balance out the liquid and the mixture becomes fertilizer trust me I tried this you will start to see results in 1-2weeks

Lake wales Florida. This is and older video you should check out my more recent coconuts I still have, I planted them in May and they are still holding strong through this winter

@plantking 165 I watched it first hahaha then went through your vids trying to find where you where located! Both I've planted look just like yours with brown leaf ends and damage. They havnt grown at all and have been planted for about a month.

Hmmm, have you marked the spear with a marker to see if it's growing? Only in ground for a month too, your still gonna have transplant stress and cold damage not a good combination for growth. I'm going to put another coconut in the front probably later this spring

@plantking 165 honestly I figured it wouldn't realy start growing well till March April. There's a few mature coconuts not far from me maybe 5 miles that get just as cold as I do. I'm anxious

Once they get some sort of established root system they will grow better. Probably April they will really kick into gear. Toom several months for my larger one to start growing better, takes 3 full years to fully establish a palm the first year is really focused upon root growth the second the grow quicker and better, the 3rd year is considered the year where the explode with growth as a fully established palm.
