About washing your hair less..... So I wash my hair every 6 days/ once a week and have done for over a year since the first UK lockdown started. I used to wash it every 3 to 4 days and it would get really greasy by the end. It still gets greasy by that point now, or of it doesn't get greasy it'll still start to not smell fresh. The only difference is is my hair is longer now so it's less noticeable when it's greasy. Honestly don't wash your hair every day do it whenever is right for you. The only reason why I didn't go back to Washing it more is because it is healthier now and my scalp is healthier cause it's not being stripped

If you braid your ponytail then put hair spray on it, after the braid, while at work or school. Then take it down after school or work you have a nice curl before going out. That's the easiest ever. My hair has to be in a bun because I work around food, so I braid my ponytail into a bun and it's been crimping for 10 hours. I just change my clothes ASAP, fix my my makeup then let down my hair and reapply hair spray to keep it one place.

I need help curly hair folks. I have natural curls that just don't bounce anymore. What should I do and what are the best products?

Hey!! Idrk how to help but here’s some advice that you may have already thought about.. Have you tried an apple cider vinegar wash? I do this once every two months (ish) and it gets rid off any bi-products or build up. This will leave you with a sorta blank canvas? Then maybe try using a different brand of whatever product you use or a different combo? I have 2 curl custards, one of the, works the other makes my curls flat and stringy... Also plop, and disused kn a low setting (I don’t diffuse but that’s cow our hairdryer is broken haha) Let me know if this helps? It’s probs stuff you’ve already thought about hahaha Good luck with those curls!! Xx

@Lady Libra Hey, see with long hair, how do you get the bounce at the top? My hair when pulled out reaches just below my chest and when curly (which is how I always have it) its pretty much inline with my chest... the problem is that it curls really nicely from like my temple down but above that and at my roots its pretty much straight. Idk if that's just my hair, like it just kind of goes straight down and then in ringlets or if it is able to curl from the top and out rather than down... do you have any suggestions? Maybe I just need to cut it shorter... sorry for the long message but thanks so much for any advice xx

Is it normal to have half of your hair curly and half straight naturally? I don't know what to do, be curly? Or be straight?

The second one looks nice but isnt it bad to leave in ur conditioner
@once.upon.a.time.3 жыл бұрын
regular conditioner, yes. There's product called "leave-in conditioner" that's designed to not be rinsed out. It's for wavy or curly hair usually to help with frizz

not applying conditioner to your roots an actually cause dandruff bc your stripping the natural oils with your shampoo and then not adding any moisture back which in turn can cause dryness and/or greasy hair!

Woah that‘s true actually cause‘ that happened to me!

1:53 hey if you have curly hair like me, please don't listen to her! Please please don't brush your hair before you shower if you have curly hair. It damages the curl pattern and will make your hair frizzy.

for 5:50 did she blow dry her hair or did she just let it sit until it was dry?

Okay guys no one has ever taught me how to do my own hair at home so bear with me how do you put hair up in a ponytail without showing your part?
@ashleylee42973 жыл бұрын
Brush it back so you no longer have a part before putting it in ponytail
