These deinos are annoying. This is the main one people die from constantly now in the game. It's hard to play as any gators because there is always someone on the server that is full grown traveling back and forth with a group to kill you.

Ive gotten them to let go many times XD If theyre not calm headed, alot of times they panic, click, and let go :-p It is funny when ur the calm headed deino. See the problem with deinos or crocs in general is that they have perfected themselves since the dawn of time. And that translates to game. They will sit in the water and food will come to them, they have the ability to effortlessly pull their meal into the water making death almost inevitable. Deinos in particular are so big that they aren’t easy prey on land. It’s hard to balance a creature in a game that’s broken irl without shitting on the image of the creature.

They go so hard Like you said, the only way you can make them "balanced" is by breaking them and making them A) not a reflection of reality at all, and B) not able to do anything. Fun fact: when an actual crocodile drags you into the water, they don't just wait for you to drown. They hold onto a limb and then start rolling as fast as they can until it gets torn off. It's called a "Death Roll"

You really think PoTs underlying engine is even capable of implementing those features in an effective way? PoT just.... doesnt feel right. Ive played tab targeted MMOs that give me more rewarding, consistent, crisp, and clear interactions and feedback. If PoT could get this stuff even close to right I might actually consider switching. I get why darkest left TI for sure(I dont think theres a person alive who can stand Dondi and his inner circle, including themselves), but.... What a way to take a good decision and run every bit of its virtue into the ground.
