This ish second tier. I remember back in the late 80's and throughout the 90's where it LEGIT felt like LA wasn't safe. After Menace, people sh*t themselves at the idea of getting lost in the hood. I remember even as recent as the movie 'Gang Tapes' (a movie that opens with a vacationing family accidentally turning off into the hood and getting jacked) the hood to squares was scary af. LA getting gentrified to all hell. That's whats really scary.
