YEMA CAKE | Cheese Custard Cake

Hello there my darling lovelies! I hope you have an amazing day! Today, i will show you how to make the super yummy Cheddar Cheese Custard Cake.
Here's what you'll need:
CHEDDAR SPONGE CAKE
7 egg yolks
sugar ¾ cup(150g)
oil ½ cup(120g)
water 2/3cup (160g)
vanilla 1 tsp (5g)
all purpose flour 1¾cup(220g)
baking powder 2 tsp (10g)
salt 1 tsp (5g)
grated cheddar cheese 120g
7 egg whites
lemon juice 1 tsp (5g)
sugar ¾cup (150g)
CHEDDAR CHEESE CUSTARD FROSTING
condensed milk 1can(397g)
whole milk 1 cup (240g)
cornstarch 2 tbsp (15g)
egg yolks 5 pcs
vanilla 1 tsp (5g)
butter 1tbsp (10g)
grated cheddar cheese 120g
ARABIC:

7 صفار بيض
¾ كوب سكر (150 جم)
زيت ½ كوب (120 جرام)
ماء 2/3 كوب (160 جرام)
الفانيليا 1 ملعقة صغيرة (5 جم)
دقيق لجميع الأغراض 1 كوب (220 جم)
مسحوق الخبز 2 ملعقة صغيرة (10 جم)
ملح 1 ملعقة صغيرة (5 جم)
جبن شيدر مبشور 120 جرام
7 بياض بيض
عصير ليمون 1 ملعقة صغيرة (5 جم)
كوب سكر (150 جم)
جبن شيدر من الكاسترد
الحليب المكثف 1can (397 جم)
حليب كامل الدسم 1 كوب (240 جرام)
نشا الذرة 2 ملعقة كبيرة (15 جم)
صفار البيض 5 قطع
الفانيليا 1 ملعقة صغيرة (5 جم)
زبدة 1 ملعقة كبيرة (10 جم)
جبن شيدر مبشور 120 جرام
