I challenge you to make another injera with different teff brand. Meskel teff has self rising flour that is why it is EASY to make. Ask yourself why you can not repeat this with Ethiopian teff? Or other 100% teff? Only lazy people use maskal teff.

@@aerobatic4454 call Maskel Teff and ask them if their teff is gluten-free. They will tell you it is NOT.

@@tarikadegeh9755 not being rude. I am grateful but I challenge her to use pure Ethiopian teff from the mother land and see if her recipe works. I guarantee you it will NOT work. If the goal is to teach us how to make injera, the use yagerbet teff or another brand and see if it works.
