@@pinkimehta2527 i took my phone to a cell phone repair shop today and they fixed it....so the best advice i can give is to find a shop in your town and let them fix it....they charged me only $30 to do mine, so it shouldn't be alot if you go talk to them....good luck! and i hope you get it working😊

Yeah looks like the problem is using different chargers and possibly charging wires ends up confusing the phone.

I have been using the original charger since I got my phone 4 years ago and only used a different charger when I really can't access mine. I don't know why it happened with my phone but I tried this trick and it didn't show any menu but instead it started my phone immediately without any further problem. Oh! bless you child! My phone was at 100% but just wouldn't turn on so I didn't have to go through the 30 minute waiting thing, it just came on when I pushed power and volume down which I had no idea about. So, I agree with others, you are a lifesaver! I was about to panic and thinking about how I was going to switch over my phones and get all the information from it, how I was going to talk bad to my carrier for giving me a raggedy phone and everything else!
