Ex-boss told me i didnt have to come into office as i am in sales, but would tell staff behind my back that i was skiving! He also couldnt control punctuality for another group of staff who perpetually started work late i.e. after 1030am when others were reporting 830am. This went on for years, never solved.

The Christian song one, someone needs to remind the boss. Gossipping/ talking bad about someone is hard not to do but there should be some effort to try not to do that esp if u r christian. The bible verse to curse one is big red flag that person isn't anywhere close to being a Christian. No one should ever try to twist bible versus (even though many people are known to do it) and it should never end up as a curse. Some versus are meant as warnings but not straight up cursing people. That is wayyyyy too far off.

Im not sure whether that's the intention, but I feel that its because the boss doesn't want anyone to be in any relationship? Or even marriage. As I understand from the Blood Bank, anyone who engages in physical intimacy without protection are not allowed to donate blood. Perhaps the horrible boss didn't want "any type of distractions" for the employees so they can focus their 100% on work. Which I have encountered before Lol so maybe I'm just projecting haha

Had a boss who didn’t pay me my cpf and then told me and my part timers that we’re retrenched the day the shop closed. Also had a boss who gossiped about everyone to everyone and thought non of us would tell each other about the shitty things she said about us. And her husband is low key very misogynistic towards me and my other female co workers. Had a manager who pretended to be “concerned” when i drink a lot so I had to go to the toilet a lot. Mind you the workplace is incredibly hot and I don’t want to be dehydrated so that’s the reason why I drank a lot. She asked if I had some sort of health problems and asked why do i need to drink a lot when the others don’t. She also made me cry in front of my colleagues when she scolded me for something that she could have told me away from them.

Ever had a female manager who really took care of me. But whenever she had an argument with our CEO (they’re personal friends), she would dump her anger on me. Then when I voiced out on this issue, she would use emotional threats like “you should understand” 🙄🙄🙄 I read their Glassdoor reviews recently and it was bad… real bad 😂😂😂

Had a boss who thinks that staying at home will highly get covid because hot air rises. And the remaining colleagues were stunned. He didn’t trust us to work at home, one of my colleagues got covid symptoms but he want her to work on her MC days. Also we were not essentials but he continue make us work.
