I don't really trust google reviews that much, since there're people who're really bored / just out there to make someone's day worse. I've even seen people harass hawkers and say "I'm gonna end your business by making 10 Google accounts to leave one star reviews".... D: Furthermore people tend to ride on waves so perhaps people felt like riding on the negative Nancy wave! Always need to go down to try for yourself since food is super subjective imo :) all in all those with real good attitude and good food will have their real supporters supporting them anyways! Hope the owner isn't too affected though. Must be painful for him too to be shot down. The reviews weren't kind either
