Looks terrific. Stir fry is always my go-to. It's so quick and delicious. For me, I can't make it with button mushrooms, and sometimes I add water chestnuts and bamboo shoots.. and a drizzle of sesame oil. There is so much you can add that will give it a different taste. It's absolutely delicious every time ❤ I will definitely try your homemade sauce next time.. 👍

Ivo, I made this dish last night.. it was another excellent dinner.. another recipe for my cookbook. But it would be great if I had a printed cookbook with your name on it with all your recipes 😂 Thanks for another one 👍 It was also a great leftover

Omg another fantastic recipe, I hope I don't destroy it but going to pop in in my food processor and use it as a Egg Roll filling with shredded carrots, Chinese celery for a bigger taste and a medium amount of shredded cabbage, I'm not big on the normal shrimp and pork filling in egg rolls and thinking your recipe will be a huge game changer this Sunday last day of Nascar so want to impress, as always thanks for the fantastic content and the great way you explain the how's and whys it really makes a difference thanks 😀😀😀

Oh yeah, your driving me crazy. You would not believe what my stomach said ,just from looking at it! It approved wholeheartedly. BTW, I wanted to thank you again for the formula that calculates the amount of vital wheat gluten needed to accurately increase the protein content of flour. My ciabatta’s are now what I’ve always wanted them to be. They’re like the ones I stuffed full of ham at big weddings when I was a kid. I’m nailing it every time. An extra 2% protein made all the difference. P.S. Try a little “Fish Sauce”. It smells like hell but works magic. It’s like liquid anchovies. Mixed with a little olive oil and rubbed on pizza dough is delicious. It works great in stir fry. A very little goes a long way. I’ll be making those noodles for supper for sure!

Oh my does that look fantastic 😋 I'm going to have to try this. What kind of cut for the flat steak? I don't know much about steak, usually just eat plain old chicken. Ty for your video and recipe 🤗

So glad you enjoyed this episode and you can use any cut of steak that you like - just cut it into thin slices and enjoy ☺️☺️

Yo Evo! Try adding some Chinese broccoli stalks (without the leaves). They are great in dishes like this and omelets. Your stir fry looks great!
