As far as I can tell, though it'll still need to be confirmed via cape lore, I think that new roundel on the vehicle skins and the player card is like a martial arm of the Ministry of Truth, a SEMOT unit of the Helldiver Corps or something. Basically, a Super Earth equivalent of the Inquisition. I am so ready to be a Truth Officer.

Ok that booster makes no sense to me It's only applicable when you have lots of health but you have no stim yet you need to keep running?

Basically you optimise the use of stims for stamina. First you deplete your normal stamina bar, then you start depleting your health and at right moment you pop a stim. You basically double or even triple the efficiency at which you use stims.

the value is that your health bar becomes a second stamina bar, basically. It's definitely going to be useful more frequently than something niche like faster extract or something stupid like faster reinforcement budget i would prefer that the armor passive was a booster and the booster was an armor passive. it seems like the sort of thing a player would want to choose for themselves. But i think as long as there is some sort of cue that it is kicking in it should be fine, something like red around the screen (like how experimental stims add yellow)

Health becomes a second stamina and can be stacked with Sprit Booster. Prob works nice with Medic Pistol, since it lasts a lot and you'd be losing life at slow rates
