When I was 21-22 I use to get weird anonymous messages from someone about my ex and whenever I brought it up to him, he would play dumb. I ended up breaking up with him and maybe a year or two later I was telling my mom about the weird messages and how they all stopped once I ended things and she said, “you do realize that was him messaging you” 😮.
