This is a great example of obstruction by a third-party. Note how the player without the ball in grey uses her body to impede the player in maroon from getting to the ball. This type of obstruction is also known as shadow obstruction. You might also hear this called a block out. When a secondary signal is used by the umpire to indicate this type of obstruction, the arms are crossed and uncrossed in front of and parallel to the umpire's torso. The signal is one of three different obstruction signals -- 'body' obstruction (fixed arms across the torso), stick obstruction (basically an upside down body obstruction signal whereby the umpire 'demonstrates' crossed sticks), and obstruction by a third-party (arms crossed and uncrossed in front of and parallel to the umpire's torso).
