Can I just say how much I love the aesthetic of your videos? They're lovely!! and while I have my own macaron shells recipe down, it takes so long to come up with creative filling recipes!! Your filling recipes give me a lot of inspiration so thank you for them!!

Hi Riley It is Cathrin again I made macaron today. ingredients are based on 50% your recipe Resting time : 60 minutes ( I am in Netherlands, temperature is a bit colder than AUS 😀) Bake : 130C - 16 mins Sadly that my macaron didn’t turn out as nice as yours I took some pictures of macaron I did today, but don’t know how to send to you via KZbin You know how I can do it ? Can you give me some tips to improve? Trouble today : 1. Macaron didn’t’ rise up fully, only half was up and half was no feet. Feet were not evenly up 2. Still wet inside and can’t get off the baking paper. The bottom were not firmed to get out of baking paper Thanks for some more tips to make it good Cathrin
