Why would people moan he doesn't go heavy when showing what to do, look at the size of him, we know he can go heavy if he wants to but he don't need to. He's not going to show how to do a movement and jump straight in to a heavy set and risk injury just to show a move
@BigBoss-zi5ss10 ай бұрын
I dont get that either ...ppl are a pain in the ass and annoying..he already did his years of heavy lifting and was a pro bodybuilder...he is retired now ..the days of heavy training are prob over for him but his experience is what matters.

Hey Lee. I've been pretty athletic most of my life and had phases of gym, torn my shoulder and I'm 29 and wondering if it's too late to start body building at my age or no point because of my shoulder? I'm joking I'll train around my shoulder and have been going to gym nearly every day because of late because I know you would just say, "no excuses, just fucking jump into it". I love your advice, straight to the point, and I know you're an Aussie like me. Love that your still going hard and have a beast mentality. Keeping it real

Best tri tips. Insane that we can get tips and trix from an olympian FOR FREE!!! I must say you current fysique is more inspiering in a way than when compeeting. Im a 41yr natty hobby builder enthusiast and sure no way will I get your current tris or forearms but you look more like the ultimate peek natty (ok a bit over what any gym rat could ever do) STILL! But a watered down version of your current fysique (and thats a lot of water haha) is something I can relate to. When compeating you did not look human even it was like comparing fysique to a gorilla no way! Thnx, and I think you forearms are insane and it makes me want to care less about biceps. Shoulders then forearms then tris then biceps thats whete its at if you are natty and just want to look impressive in day to day with a tshirt on and no pump. GOAT, and you and Jay have the best post comp fysiques.
