Start of Prep | Back & Biceps Workout

Officially starting prep, on the workout menu is Back & Biceps. Training psycho style today since I’m using his program before traveling to meet up with him again to continue in few days.

Very good camera work on this. Keeps you as the center of focus but also lots of flow and varied angles and we see the rest of the gym. Lot of really big guys there but Andrew stands out of course.

Andrew Jacked is an incredible bodybuilder, but why is he just dropping the dumbbells on those hammer curls. He is throwing away half the exercise with every rep. ( or half rep as it looks.) With so much back work ( five exercises ), his biceps and forearms are already blasted from all the pulling movements for back. Wouldn't it make more sense to work the arms on their own day when they are fresher and get more benefit from each of the exercises? The back and the legs being the two largest muscle groups of the body should have their own individual training day with the arms worked in with either chest or shoulders. Just a training example of not overlapping muscle groups too much to aid in their fullest recovery possible. Muscle UP! 💪
