I’m looking at the comments and it’s really no wonder women struggle with eating disorders, post pregnancy depression and anxiety. Y’all are out of pocket to accuse her of taking oxempic because even if she is it is absolutely none of y’all’s business. And why do y’all get so mad when people loose weight? Some people want to be within a certain weight range and work hard to get there. You have absolutely no right to know about other peoples health choices. It’s bird brain behavior. If you haven't seen the recent controversy on instagram on her post about "weight watchers" she as well as Carli are being accused of using ozempic to lose weight. Which is disgusting! My 65 year old father had to switch his medication to something even more expensive because of the ozempic shortage. She's lost a lot of weight really fast without changing her diet or working out 🤔

Semaglutide is an active ingredient in Ozempic & Wegovy that causes weight loss however Wegovy is a higher dosage & is approved & prescribed for weight loss. Since Ozempic is more affordable & attainable people are using it instead of Wegovy. People are obtaining ozempic through 3rd parties instead of getting the alternative through a doctor. Also, I was making a point that she's marketing her weight loss as weight watchers like it's attainable by counting points & not owning up.

Hi hi!!! I do the same exact thing with piling up clothes that you’ve worn once or twice and don’t want to hang up or put in your hamper, I bought myself a basket like hamper but it looks a little nicer so it’s not an eye sore in my room, and I put all the clothes that I usually let pile up in there and it’s been super helpful!!❤️❤️

Can I just say I see a huge difference in j over the years, I saw his legs and was like damn that dudes got in shape over the years! Also Nicole is looking phenomenal as ever, even after a baby. It took me like 12 years to get back to me pre baby weight unfortunately! Y’all look very happy and healthy! Also I love that you that us still need apart of your life since Kai was born. A lot of moms on here don’t, and don’t want to share their baby. I get it, that’s a lot to put out there. I’m just so glad you still bring us along for everything and we get to see him grow up! Nicole, you should try a sunscreen stick! I use the one from AHC and it's amaaaazing! Sososo easy to use and i love reapplying sunscreen now 😅 my husband likes it too since it's so soft to touch and light (but have 50 spf too) japanese & korean sunscreens are on another level nothing compares lol

I hate it when people say " you lost weight so quickly" like it happened within days. It takes months of diet change for others to actually notice a difference. I've actually noticed her body change from her full body photos on IG stories. No, it wasn't "so fast". It's been MONTHS. Just because YOU can't be consistent with your body doesn't mean others NEED a prescription to get the results. If you still want to bash her all you have to do is go back 9months on her thumbnails 🤦 congratulations Nicole. I know you're likely doing it for your health and adding years to your life with your family. Losing weight is HARD regardless of which form you take. But the reward is so worth it. 👏
