YesVideo(left) vs. CinePost ... You Decide...

YesVideo(left) crop their transfers to conceal instability, CinePost doesn't. Most people want to see the entire film frame. Richard Dillon wanted to compare his poor YesVideo transfer to CinePost before giving us the job. With this side-by-side comparison we are showing the entire height of both transfers while cropping the sides to show the center of both transfers. We were suprised to see how much of the image is cropped by YesVideo on the left to conceal their instability. In addition to cropping 20% of the frame, YesVideo heavily compresses all their video before sending it to its customers. Which do you think is better?
