How did you get the front sprocket to align with the rear. Did you have to machine the engine case?

You didn’t have to chop the frame up to fit that little motor in it. Now you have hurt the integrity of the structure of the frame and you’ll see what I’m saying after you jump it a few times

Frame wasn't chopped just removed motor mounts

@@va6341 There is two pieces of the frame cut out in front of the the motor and they are not just there for motor mounts. If nothing else you need to put some gussets in there to put some strength back into it. It’s better to have then not to have. I just noticed you are the one that has a banshee motor on a 450 and those same pieces are cut out on it also. I’ve got a 2009 YFZ 450 with a 1998 Banshee motor I put on it and you need to see it. Nothing was cut and the 4 stroke can be bolted back on if I decided to

The piece I cut out has nothing to do with the structure of the quad my Banshee hybrid was built 6 years ago and I ride it hard with no problems would like to ser how you did yours

@@va6341 I wanted mine to look like it came from the factory and mounting the motor was not a big deal but I’ve got some time in my pipes and I looked hard at 4 different sets of pipes before I chose the ones I was going to cut on and I kept them in the same location they would have been if they was still on the banshee so the FMF logo is where it should be and I didn’t want to cut the rear fenders to clear the kicker so I got them worked out to clear also and I managed to keep my front fenders but I did have to trim the inside corners just a little but all in all it’s a hand full with the work I’ve done on the motor and it rides, handles and stops better than any banshee I’ve rode and I’ve clocked it at 94 mph on my road and it ain’t that long. Give me something to send some pics to and I’ll shoot them to you
