Hi, I guess you failed to mentioned that Shia doesn't recognize irregular marriage and also with regards to witnesses for marriage, different rules in both Shia and Sunni. Apart from this seriously thank you for making these concept easy :)

Very good Explanation. I would like to draw your attention to a case law of Mitrasen Singh Vs Maqbul Hasan Khan nd others..privy Council 1930 - Question of inheritance of property in oudh (under Mitakshra ) in a converted muslim family. It shows how due to conversion and Caste disabilities removal act 1850 allowed Hindu properties to be transferred to Muslims (and Christians) but vice versa was never ever allowed. There was some merit in the mitakshra school which put some restriction in inheritance to female. It allowed female to take benefit of property till she is alive but protected it from going out of the family by disallowing its ownership to female.

What's the use of witnesses in Muslim law? If guy and his family is not taking proper care of women after marriage and after having kids? How to implement changes in Muslim law? Hindu law is more secured than Muslim law. Muslim law is in favour of men ,not women. Muslim law needs research.

Witnesses are not there to keep a watch on the boy and girl for marriage. They are witness that the marriage happened. Hindu law is just a name, its just british civil laws inside that. For me islamic civil law is best for the society.

Anyways I didn't married to divorce, I married to spend my entire life with him,With a true belief over him,now caring his kids only entire day, my kids are my best friends, what if he didn't understand and he wants to force me and my parents for unnecessary things. Left all to Allah.
