Ingredients
Fish - 1 kg
Onion - 1 large
Ginger - 2 big pieces
Garlic - 7 big cloves
Green chillies - 7 small, or as per your taste
Garcinia cambogia - 2 big pieces and 1 small piece, or as per your taste
Mustard seeds - ½ tbsp
Turmeric powder - ¾ tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 ¾ tbsp
Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
Salt
For the Seasoning
Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - ½ tbsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Coriander powder - ½ tsp
Chilly powder - ¼ tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 2 pinches
Onion/shallots - finely chopped
Dried red chillies - 3
