Ño! The onion amount is fine - but each to his own taste - Yiayia's recipe is fine !!! My family love more onion so don't be critical .

I discovered, or invented a dish you might like. You pick baby grape leaves from the vines, before the veins are big, and cook them with crushed tomatoes, until it turns purplish, about one hour. Delicious.
