I feel my body releasing and expanding in new ways. And clearly 30 min is too short but the sequences you have created are potent in and of themselves. Gratitude

Loving the Yin yoga practices. Thank you for including them. I often wonder how do Travis and Lauren know what to say when? How do they remember the sequence and words of wisdom? Do they do one video's work a day or are they taping/doing yoga all day? Then I think let me worry about me and put my trust in them for a good yoga routine. Loving this 30 day program. I thought empowered would mean power yoga every day but I am so grateful to try yin yoga and meditation. Empowerment is trust and trust is empowerment.

I have never been a fan of yin yoga, but I have to say this week I have embraced them, and this one I will come back to on a regular basis. I have been doing yoga with Travis for a long time now, these last 7 days I have been doing them with my dog with me, I rescued her last year and I have found she either loves Travis's voice/music or both, she just chills big time. I lost my concentration a little as she was sitting up as I started today's practice, she flopped down like she had no control and was out like a light 😴 made me smile :) Thank you Travis, you are amazing.

Thank you for the practice. Yin yoga is a great challenge for me and I found that I need a little more of warm up before to get into the still poses particularly if is first thing in the morning. Nevertheless the best way to start a new day. Namaste 🙏🏼

Namaste, Thanks So much for your 30 days powerful, useful yoga, I’m going yoga for 3 yeqrs and always have a weak back even with straight arms sphinx or last twist, what’s your recommendation? I mean I need to work on it or avoid it? It’s not a very bad pain but i feel pain during back bending.
