Great practice! I like the yogi squat pose with different hand placements. They’re new to me. I felt the muscle reliefs in the shoulders doing that.

Mostly yes but it can depend if there are poses that compress/twist the stomach in any way which can be a bit uncomfortable. However being yin, there is the time to make any adjustments in the body to make it feel right for you :)

This practise seems very relaxing, yet, it was so intense for me. Holding the poses for such a long time, feeling that sensation and the deep relaxation when comming out of the pose...I feel enriched. Thank you!

Hi Erin, some of the poses would be fine but others start lying on the belly which isn’t appropriate. Can I recommend this practice: kzbin.info/www/bejne/n4i8fK2Ip9tmmc0 It has quite a lot of upper body release, longer holds and all poses fine for 3rd trimester. Hope that helps 😊

Hello Marie, thank you for your lovely message. If you feel confident to make adjustments to the poses when needed than it would be fine to give some of the other practices a go - if not, I would stick to the prenatal series xo

My upper body feels totally different after this practice, feels so open? Also I could slow down my breathing, It’s calm me down, wich we really want trough yoga. Find some inner peace and time for yourself.
