Thanks for your guidance and wisdom shared in your tutorials. Practising Yin Yoga under your guidance has helped me a lot to relieve tension and pain. I underwent a major spine surgery with an insert in the L3-L4 segment and since then I have been afraid of stretching and twisting my spine, but little by little, following your Yin Yoga tutorials I feel more flexible and more confident now. Actually, I have to practice it every day to really feel ready for the day. It's been both good for the body and the mind. Many thanks once again.

Could you please precise that this video is only for the lower back not the upper. I'm looking for an upper back yin yoga. After a day in the office it's my upper back that needs a beautiful stretch 😅 I still enjoyed this one, much love.
