I’m surprised on the speed, unless you weren’t going full throttle. Because my 160 with a 60hp gets the same speed and faster I would’ve expected around 55 with the 200

It actually helps with a tiller to balance the weight, 300lbs must be lead acid batteries, most ppl use lithium nowadays.
