The only bugs carried over from the original are stunlocks, the cat ring quit-out glitch, and some parkour skips like the Adjuticator skip. They also introduced some new ones (like skipping Adjuticator entirely by parkour and the wrong warps). Also they removed the item duplication glitch, which you could use for easy infinite souls in the original.

The game has been out a little over two weeks and ymfah has already completely destroyed it.

What amazes me is that people found the glitches so quickly. Of course, some cheesy strategies and the AI being... well the emphasis is definitely not on the "I" here, that has been in the old Demons Souls for years. But as far as I know the stuff related to the coin is new, and I think the wrong warp might be as well, they were found really fast.
