The giant elephant in the room that nobody points out is that H-Wood is a gigantic pile of illusions and an increasingly less subtle propaganda machine. All these actors, producers, directors, in these big films are all the sons and daughters and not-so-distant relations to the billionaire and trillionaire families that run the country. It explains so much once you figure it out. Like why do these studios keep hiring the worst actors in the biggest films? They have the money and connections to hire the greatest talent anywhere, but we get Kristen Stewart and Seth Rogan who can't act to save their lives. Because the rulers like to promote their kids. This includes hiring astroturfers and buying out the media EN MASSE in order to make them more appealing. They are truly (hidden) American royalty, especially if you pick apart their bios. When you find our Kristen Stewart is actually descended from the House of Stuarts, then it all starts to make sense.

Peace* I agree with you.

@N5ZZ0 I was about to post a reply but my browser suddenly shutdown without warning. Silly censorship tactics. Let's try again.. I did not mention Jews or "antisemitism" in my original post, but if you want to go there sure. One is NOT an "antisemite" for finding solid proofs that H-Wood is controlled by rich, blue blood Jewish banking and industrialist families who intermarried with European royals before seeding America. They sometimes admit it, and there was plenty of evidence being written in the 19th century about this (see British-Israelism). While there may be true Jewish hate in the world, they use "antisemitism" as a ploy to emotionally blackwash anyone (Jewish or Gentile) who tries to do their own research on this. There's historical reasons why rich connected Jews occupy top posts all over, but they don't give a rats ass about common Jews anymore than they do Gentiles. While the top rulers may be Jewish by blood, even that is slight misdirection because the rulers are as irreligious as they come. They are all about fronting see, and their only 'religion' is keeping and maintaining Power for the Big Club. I don't remember which paper it was but look up Miles Mathis' paper on Jimmy Stewart. He is certainly descended from the Stuarts, and his middle name Maitland is very important in order to discover that. We're denied Kristen's genealogy on Geni.com, scrubbing both her mother and father's lines. That's very telling. She already hit the ground running at age 8 starring in Disney films and starring in major H-Wood films by age 14. Wiki gives us some info, but we're denied the source for her dad, John Stewart, who we're told was a producer for Comedy Central. Hmm John Stewart.. Jon Stewart.. It's likely all these Stewarts are cousins. See also the book "When Scotland was Jewish" (written by Jews) where they claim the Stuarts were Jewish. You don't get these roles without connections, despite what the propaganda says. They cry privacy as a pretext to hide their genealogies from us, but that's just misdirection to keep people from finding out EVERYONE in H-WOOD is connected and from the same set of ruling Families. All the top roles are reserved for these spook babies who run the H-Wood machine, like her producer parents. H-Wood is a subset of military Intelligence (CIA, who's founders were also from international banking families), and their specialty is the delivery of propaganda and promoting their own kind. How do you judge the success of propaganda? By its INVISIBILITY! The propaganda has been so good, too good even, that common folks almost have no idea how the real world works anymore.

By now it's obvious that Disney doesn't care whether somebody can both sing and act when casting their musical remakes. They just go for star power. They cast Emma Watson as the lead in Beauty and the Beast despite her being nowhere near good enough at singing to carry the bulk of a musical. Disney just wants her name on the poster. Same with Will Smith in Aladdin. Just slapped on a ton of autotune and called it a day. And now mediocre actress Beyonce gets to star in this because name recognition. In fact, at least with Aladdin they cast relatively unknowns for a lot of the major parts beside Genie. Here it seems like every part is cast for name recognition. They snub Jeremy Irons because he won't be as recognizable to 2019 audiences as Chiwetel Ejiofor. Disney sorts actors by most trending and then goes from there.
@YMSHighlights4 жыл бұрын
I'm pretty sure they didn't go with Irons because he's white. All of the Lions are played by black people. Pretty sure Disney just wanted to give it the same appeal as Black Panther since that also made them several truckloads of money.

The fact that Disney is trying this hard with the marketing and attempting to make people like this to such a degree shows they have no faith in the movie. A good movie sells itself, it can have marketing, that much is true, but this much? No. Joker, as an example, didn't have this much marketing, and it didn't need it, because the movie sold itself and was able to be a success without having to rely on its marketing to be relevant to the general public. If Disney truly had faith in this movie, they'd advertise it and let the movie speak for itself, but since they don't, they're doing as much as they can to convene others that it's worth it when it's not. I've been watching both Adam react to these interviews and the interviews themselves and you wanna know something I notice they never actually answer? Why this movie needs to exist, they either talk about how amazing this and that about the movie is or how "inspiring" it is..... never once about why its existence is justified in any capacity.

10:13 I thought most of space isn't black but dark. Is the inside of your closet black before you turn on the light? Is the White House black at night? Edit: Maybe he was paying homage to his teacher Timon. "They're fireflies. Fireflies, that- they're got stuck up on that big, blueish, black thing."

All of this shows me is that people have gone mental for celebrities. I don't know what it tickles in their brain to be near fame, but it's a little bit scary honestly.

Imagine being an incredibly successful entertainer like Donald Glover who's starred in multiple television shows, movies, created his own show that he stars in, and ran a very successful musical career and finally landing a role like this, in a massive Disney production. You work your ass off, do your job, wait for the film to release, and you get invited to one of the most syndicated late night shows on television. You go up on stage, dressed in a costume to get some laughs, and Jimmy fuckin Kimmel looks you dead in the fucking eyes and asks, "So what's it like being within 5 feet of Beyonce?". I'd lose my fuckin shit. If I went through all this work as an entertainer just to play second fiddle to a 5/10 pop artist I'd bite Jimmy right in the damn Jimmies.

at some point these over-commercialized campaigns will be so huge disney can't even turn a profit from it.

The thing about this movie and why it's truly bad, not just as a remake, but as a general movie is because if the original Lion King didn't exist at all this version of it would have fucking died critically from both critics and public. But because they remade a very popular animated movie from 20 years ago and tries to be the exact same movie with minor changes, like taking away everything that made it good, and also slapped on big stars not because they fit but because they will bring in people to watch....it's well regarded way more than it should ever had been.

The reason why Disney is remaking all their movies, is to try to please every identity group and consequently grab their money. It's the new demographic. Movies are no longer classified by age, but rather by how 'woken' they are. Basically, each identity group (blacks, LGBTQA+, feminists...) will mindlessly endorse anything that speaks to them. Who cares about writing a good plot or casting actors based on talent? Nope! You can simply pick an old movie, change it up a bit to fit the SJW standards and watch the money rolling in. it makes me sad... art should be more than this. On another note, it's ok when Pharrell says 'black, black, black, black', but can you imagine the shit-storm that it would be if a white person said 'white, white, white, white'? To me, it's equally wrong, biased, bigoted and unnecessary.
