Oh I agree with you 100 percent. But he thinks he can sing and don’t want to bring back any of his previous singers. Did you know Jeff Scott Soto was in a venue he usually frequents and Yngwie was playing that night. He threatened to cancel the show if Jeff didn’t leave. 🙄

@@CarlosLiveMetalTV Jeff Scott Soto had an interview with Rafael Bittencourt (from Angra), and he said about those Malmsteen days... Malmsteen sent the band on economy class on plane while he was on first one... also the band shared cheap rooms on a simple hotel while Malmsteen was on the presidencial room on a 5 stars hotel... they were also paid badly... check it out... they speak in english, but it was subtitled in portuguese... kzbin.info/www/bejne/bXTZoYxnotClbdE

not even Goran couldn't sing Goran. if you watch some of the concerts with him in vocals you'll see what I mean

Goran sang a lot of soulful headvoice stuff whereas most of Yngwie's singers were more of the strong belting-opera sound
