GET THE PIERCING!!! I used to get the same type of migraines!! i would see white spots & go blind & i couldn’t see anything except for what i had in front of me & it was always followed by the stupid migraines & nothing helped me UNTIL i got the piercing louie mentioned, its called a tragus piercing & i don’t think ive had a migraine ever since ! at least not that bad just regular headaches so i say get the piercing yoatzi!!!

Yoatzi have you thought about seeing a holistic doctor? Alot of the things/symptoms you experienced can be cured. Especially with your anxiety and health journey. I switched a year ago to a holistic lifestyle, nontoxic foods/items I use in my everyday life. I can say i feel so much better and healthier. I lost 20 lbs in the last year ❤️

I have a crazy story of how I was read by a shaman. Nothing in this life is coincidence. She was someone else’s client that I had to go do a home visit for and I always wanted to be read but not forcing it by going out of my way to find someone to do it but rather it come to me. I end up going to her place and she was showing me her altars to show me what she did and she started telling me things about my past and present NOBODY knows not even my mom or my husband. She knew about my dead dog and her puppies, my grandma (she described her perfectly), my uncle l. Mind you I never feel alone and feel my grandma with me at all times so the fact that she confirmed that was crazyyyy! There’s so many more things she told me that left me speechless and she had more to say but she’s like I know u have to go. One day I said her name out loud (I was nervous to say it out loud because I knew she could “hear me”) that same day she was at my work and I saw her I was like 😱 leading up to seeing her again I kept seeing weird signs or hear music with specific lyrics that would make me think of her. It was insane and glad I bumped into her

I have the same migraines as yoatzi and it usually happens to me because I’m sensitive to light . Any sort of strong lighting or sun will tigger my migraines 😩

I get the same migraine symptoms! It’s always so scary. There’s an ear piercing that helped me a little bit. It’s an acupuncture point for migraines. You could also qualify for migraine botox treatment if you have 15+ migraine days a month

omg i know how yoatzi feels 😩 i get migraines with aura and i too started at 16 years old. i start with tunnel vision and then once i completely can’t see i get the migraine and i throw up too 😩 horrible 😩

I suffered with ocular migraines as well. I got the daith piercing and it didn’t do shit. The piercing it’s so painful, takes forever to heal and it was causing a headache :( I get Botox to help with my migraines and that has helped sooooo much. Migraines are the worst thing in the world, so debilitating so my love goes for anyone that goes through it ❤

Yoatzi I suffer w migraines as well & what helped me was going to a neurologist he prescribed me a high dose of ibuprofen & I take one as SOON as I feel that migraine air & I take a powder packet called goods it’s also medicine , now I attack the migraine before it hits but what helped me just as much was going to a holistic chiropractor a friend referred me to him all I told him is I get migraines all the time & he pulled my head upwards as if my neck elongated that really decreased the amount of migraines more than anything . I started getting them when I was 14 I’m 24 now and I’ve never felt better
