For strengthening the arms and wrists along with toning the belly, we have for you the FireFly Pose (Tittibhasana) and the Shoulder Press Pose (Bhujapidasana). These Yoga forms will help you achieve a good energetic feel and also freshens the mind.

Hi Prabhu, For Firefly Pose (Tittibhasana), the uses include toning of body, strengthening the arms & wrists, stretching the inner groins & back torso and it improves sense of balance. Firefly pose should not be done by people who have shoulder, elbow or lower back injuries. For Shoulder Press Pose (Bhujapidasana), it helps to tone the body, strengthening the arms & wrists. Shoulder Press Pose should not be practiced by people who have shoulder, elbow or lower back injuries.
