i have recontrolled my mind through yoga, my mind was controlling me like 2 months ago, which was the most scariest thing i have ever faced in my life, i dont want to experience that thing again, so now will practice yoga and priorize my health by quiting all unhealthy things till my last breath. Yoga really helped me boost my self confidence, self love and much more. I did surya namaskaram for 2 days, and immediately saw improvements in personality, much and much lesser anxiety, till the extent i can deal with it easily. I can not wait to try these ones out. If there is issue in the spine, pls confirm with your doctor before doing. Sometimes, lack of exercising also creates aches - in such cases, these should be done after proper warm up stretches and forward bending
