i have recontrolled my mind through yoga, my mind was controlling me like 2 months ago, which was the most scariest thing i have ever faced in my life, i dont want to experience that thing again, so now will practice yoga and priorize my health by quiting all unhealthy things till my last breath. If there is issue in the spine, pls confirm with your doctor before doing. Sometimes, lack of exercising also creates aches - in such cases, these should be done after proper warm up stretches and forward bending
