Namaste Rujutaa ji😀 I really appreciate your style of managing and dealing with life.. 😇...Of course, our body is a gift by God, we should always try to make it beautiful and healthier... And it's visible that you teach what you apply in your life... Commendable... 👏👏👏... Since March, I have been following some routine... It's a mix of all... Yoga, exercise, pranayam and optimum meal..( I just do it and feel the change occuring, I don't measure or analyse anything explicitly😉) . I see many videos showing good ways to nutrition and health... Your channel has WON among all!!!!... I love watching your videos, it has brought a sense of discipline and clarity in me. My mind and body feel much much better now😄 I am a PhD student @ IIT D, so to say professionally also it's a big positive change!... 😘😘😘😘 Thanks a ton for being there for us!!! And passing on your wisdom 😇

Thanks Rujuthaji, You are a very good human being. You are spreading your wisdom for all the people. You explain even smaller things which make a very big difference. By following your videos I am able to get the correct way of exercising and being fit. Now no confusion as to what to eat and what not. You have made our lives simple. मस्त व्हिडिओ आहे ताई... खूप धन्यवाद ,मी नक्की सराव करेन तुम्ही शिकवत आहात त्या योगासनांचा ,माझी एक विनंती आहे ,हील स्पर वरती काही आसन असेल योगा मध्ये ,तर ते पण शिकवा,खूप हैराण झाले आहे,घरकाम करताना खूप टाच दुखत असते उजव्या पायाची डॉक्टर म्हणतहेत ते कधीच जाणार नाही, , लहान मुले आहेत त्यांच्या मागे पण धावून धावून टाच दुखत असते..कृपया माझी विनंती स्वीकारा आणि काही उपाय असेल तर व्हिडिओ मधे दाखवा ,😊.

Hello mam.. thank u so much.. mujhe apke sath share kerna hai k Maine April se apka channel subscribe kiya hai n main almost sab follow ker rahi hoon. Maine abhi tak almost 3 month main 8 kg reduce ker diya hai.. I was 90kg n now I m 82.2 kg.. main bahut jada thankful hoon apki.. main Sydney main rahti hoon.. abhi lockdown main maine sirf apke food instruction follow kiye hai.. n I really like ur NRI video tats too too good.. thank you mam.. thank you so so much.. abhi same follow ker k mera target hai k main aur 10kg reduce ker du.. thank you mam 🙏🙏🙏
