Namaste Rujutaa ji😀 I really appreciate your style of managing and dealing with life.. 😇...Of course, our body is a gift by God, we should always try to make it beautiful and healthier... And it's visible that you teach what you apply in your life... Commendable... 👏👏👏... Since March, I have been following some routine... It's a mix of all... Yoga, exercise, pranayam and optimum meal..( I just do it and feel the change occuring, I don't measure or analyse anything explicitly😉) . I see many videos showing good ways to nutrition and health... Your channel has WON among all!!!!... I love watching your videos, it has brought a sense of discipline and clarity in me. My mind and body feel much much better now😄 I am a PhD student @ IIT D, so to say professionally also it's a big positive change!... 😘😘😘😘 Thanks a ton for being there for us!!! मस्त व्हिडिओ आहे ताई... खूप धन्यवाद ,मी नक्की सराव करेन तुम्ही शिकवत आहात त्या योगासनांचा ,माझी एक विनंती आहे ,हील स्पर वरती काही आसन असेल योगा मध्ये ,तर ते पण शिकवा,खूप हैराण झाले आहे,घरकाम करताना खूप टाच दुखत असते उजव्या पायाची डॉक्टर म्हणतहेत ते कधीच जाणार नाही, , लहान मुले आहेत त्यांच्या मागे पण धावून धावून टाच दुखत असते..कृपया माझी विनंती स्वीकारा आणि काही उपाय असेल तर व्हिडिओ मधे दाखवा ,😊.

Maine abhi tak almost 3 month main 8 kg reduce ker diya hai..
