So glad I found this!! The combo of the block and your cues, Lindsey, allowed me to really engage my abs-I always struggle to not lead with my head and neck. That first exercise was just perfect for me!!!! The entire workout was great 😊

Thank you for another awesome and challenging workout Lindsay. Second time doing this. So effective. 💕 I love how you cue the breath. It really makes a difference and I've started using this breathing technique with all my workouts. You're right on spot. It does get you in that meditative state. Love the sound of the ocean waves💕💕💕

Great class! I knew digging out those yoga blocks recently would come in handy. :-) I have an injury that's preventing me from some of my workouts so thought I'd hit the abs! And it was awesome! I really like the plank variation with the yoga block there at the end. :)

My bra strap is printed into my back now😉 Lindsay, I'm very happy, cause the more I practice with you, the more stable I'm able to keep my peelvis during abs😀 And for all the moves with the block between ankles, I kept my arms reaching to the ceiling, to avoid helping me with triceps or hands😉

I dont know if im doing it right but im having a hard time esp when the block is underneath. Thinking the small bAll might be more comfortable?n thirsty..haha needed 2 days to conplete this workout...
