Our NGO Youth Veerangnayen, recently organized special events across Haryana, Punjab and Madhya Pradesh to celebrate the International Yoga Day. A beautiful day set against green surroundings and open skies, people of all ages and backgrounds came together at different locations to participate in our Yoga sessions!
In some places, our yoga sessions were led by experienced instructors, who guided everyone through poses that help build strength, flexibility, and clear the mind. Each session worked towards regulating our breathing, bringing a deep sense of peace and balance.
More than just exercise, the events focused on the philosophy of yoga. We encouraged everyone to be mindful and find a balanced way of living. Inspirational talks showed how yoga can reduce stress, improve focus, and make us feel healthier overall.
