Ok i m gonna try from today.. And notice the difference Day 1 evening Just did the starting 10 minutes yogas and i m full of sweat and out of my strength. Day 2 only did 11 minutes of this video.. But ya feeling so much energetic

Can you guys please give a 21 day intermediate level camp as well. Even if it will be paid it will be okay. I have never been consistent with my exercise routine but since I have completed your 21 day beginner yoga camp i look forward for mornings and wait for so that i can practice yoga with your videos and specially i love your voice radhika. It feels like something inside me is healing by doing yoga from your videos. I just have one tip for you guys in beginners yoga camp after 10 days your videos seems faster in mode or something I don’t know whether it felt like that or you guys actually increased the pace of the videos but if it was fast paced then don’t do that to any of your videos and create a separate playlist for people who want to just see the poses from these fast paced videos. Because i feel your regular attendees of these online yoga liked these meditation kind of videos that you make more where you even understand how right you are going with your own poses or not. Thank you to the team for giving me the kind of mental peace i was looking for all my adult life.

Mam, “Please wear the tight dress" because apka body posture pata nahin chalta hai ki kis pose mein kaisa body posture maintain karna hai, kitna koi body parts ko turn karna hai / kis shape me maintain krna hai, Kitna turn karna hai , kis pose mein kis shape mein rahega body yoga karte time( body shape) I hope you will understand 😊🙏
