I've started doing this one each morning after one of your beautiful 10 min meditations. I have chronic lifelong anxiety, so there's no magic bullet, but my goodness this is helping so much! Thank you.

this was an absolutely beautiful meditation. thank you. the phrase “hold yourself with kindness” brought tears to my eyes, every time you said it. i didn’t realize i needed to do so, so badly.

Dear Paula, some deeper emotions of mine have surfaced toward the end of the practice. Thank you. I’m also amused by your camera person/producer’s touch of dressing up your hair with the flower display at the beginning of the video.😛

I have breathing problem this time of year.After this I feel much better and comfy.Some posture is not easy to me but I'll practice.Thank you Paula.

Really enjoyed the twists and the surronder in child pose :) also love the phrase hold yourself kindly :) I always try to hold space for my 6yo dds big feelings :) should allow it to myself too

Hey Paula! I really enjoy your videos, but in this one I would have wished for more silent moments. I could hardly feel what I was feeling because I was busy listening to your instructions on how to listen to my sensations/feelings. I think the instructions are good, but it would be great to have something like a 15 second (or more) break in between them.
