This is probably my favorite upper body sequence; I physically felt my muscles loosen as I was doing these stretches, and amidst the chaos and loudness my neighbors were causing as I was doing this, I still felt 100% in my body and relaxed. Thank you Paula, for another great session!

Thank you for this amazing practice. I suffer from so much upper back, shoulder and neck tightness and I do your videos every night at bedtime. This one and the other two for headaches and neck and shoulders are in constant routine and have given me an immense amount of relief from pain. I no longer wake up with excruciating tension headaches in the middle of the night. Thank you so much Paula!
