This is probably my favorite upper body sequence; I physically felt my muscles loosen as I was doing these stretches, and amidst the chaos and loudness my neighbors were causing as I was doing this, I still felt 100% in my body and relaxed. Thank you Paula, for another great session!

Thank you for this amazing practice. I suffer from so much upper back, shoulder and neck tightness and I do your videos every night at bedtime. This one and the other two for headaches and neck and shoulders are in constant routine and have given me an immense amount of relief from pain. I no longer wake up with excruciating tension headaches in the middle of the night. Thank you so much Paula!

The words at the end during shavasana were truly amazing! You said to release all the little muscles around the eyes I love this so much + its the first time I hear this in a yoga video

This is one of the best upper body flows. Loved the crossbody reach/stretch/pull. That’s what I’ve never done and one I will continue to do on its own...it felt amazing

This included quite a few positions I had never done before and I enjoyed them very much (though I'm far from a regular practitioner). I also appreciate you staying in silence with us in the last pose instead of ending the video, this encourages me not not just stand up and do something else, thank you.

All the videos are very effective.Instructions are very clear ,soothing and can be followed at ease.I have been following your videos in this lockdown period and enjoying every session .I would love to see more where you can compile different asanas which will include head, neck ,shoulder, hips waist ,abdomen and legs into 1 video along with pranayama which will be holistic. thank you very much.

Thank you so much. I am grateful for you sharing such helpful videos. You make practicing yoga at home easier. This video is exactly what is needed during this pandemic. I thought I was going to have a mental breakdown after work, but this relieved much of the physical pain I've been holding due to constant anxiety.
