OMG Paula have your read my mind? I have been experiencing a bloated stomach the past 2 days and I was about to look for exercises to relieve this! Thank you for sending over another wonderful and fresh exercise routine for my overall health. My body thanks you💓

I've been bloated for a few days now so this one came exactly at the right time, thank you so much!! I would also really recommend her videos for period cramps if you feel bloated, just for a bit of variation if you want!❤

I feel the release of pain in my spine as my irritated bowels improve. It has taken several months & much of the time, the following day is uncomfortable. HOWEVER, not giving up on this is allowing me to sleep

This practice had some nice awareness to bring, and an unexpected effect of warmth in my heart chakra at the final sitting pose. Was it designed to stimulate parts of the TCM stomach meridian? Is that something yoga can do?
