this was so good! very light, mindful and suitable for beginners, excellent to do on a lazy Sunday and still be active! Loved it

What's the point of this? Just a way to waste time or is there some sort of benefit?

Hey MBE, Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. The intention of this practice is to provide a short flow, accessible to all levels-whether they're new to their mat and learning the basics, or coming back to it time and time again and looking for some grounding in breath and awareness. I encourage you to give it a try the next time you have 25min to spend on yourself. I promise, you won't regret it. -Lauren

you get what you give into it. yoga can be extraordinarily helpful for people ground themselves from their busy hectic lives and just be. Also, the act of stretching and breathing together floods the muscle tissue with oxygen and removes excess carbon dioxide, healing your body essentially.
