You always seem to upload the right video at the right time for me! Today will be the first day back to work after a week off and this practice was very healing on the body perfect for the first day back to work. Nameste 🙏 this was the perfect little flow. Short and simple not to much since I haven't been doing yoga like I used to. For the last 3 years, I have gotten out of doing yoga every day because of a busy schedule with 2 special needs kids. Now, sometimes, when I try to get back into it, my brain goes blank. I can't think of any poses, let alone a sequence of them. I will keep coming back to this one and checking out more of your other videos thank you ❤
