I absolutely loved the levels today and how the modifications were seamlessly inserted into the practice for me. I miss seeing the more homey feel in the videos. I just wanna say, I've been overweight since I was 10 and I've been trying to lose weight for quite a time now. I've been eating better for over a year, but I never stuck with any training routine. I started doing yoga with you in my living room and I lost over 30 pounds in 4 months! It's also really helped with my ADHD and my anxiety ! This practice for the digestive system is more intense than our usual one. A surprisingly strong one, all good, but this senior yogi trembled a bit in runners lunge. But I breathed deep, skipped the vinyasa and chatarunga and collapsed into extended child’s pose 🙄 😂 with you Adriene, there’s always an option to suit all levels. Lovely, see you tomorrow on the mat 🙏🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️💕

I have chronic and horrible gut problems from years of anorexia (painful bloating, constipation, trapped wind, indigestion… the whole shebang). They can be very difficult to keep under control enough to feel even borderline ok. HOWEVER, I have been doing this sequence pretty much every day for months, and it has made such a difference! I get both instant and ongoing relief, and now when my gut flares up (not so frequently now) I feel much more confident with what I have in my arsenal. It feels miraculous. I virtually never comment on KZbin videos, but I just had to say thank you Adriene for changing my life. No exaggeration at all.

Ten years ago after eating too much I would have just thrown up - a mindset many will (thank god) never really understand, but now after nearly two months of doing yoga everyday I for the first time ate too much again and simply said to myself, Adrienne always has the right video for me, she will probably have one for feeling full too! I started doing yoga for my anxiety and other health/digestive issues during the start of Covid -19. Every time I do one of your videos I feel SO. MUCH. BETTER! Adriene, I've been doing your yoga videos from time to time since last year but since the beginning of this year I've been very faithful to your channel because you have a way to show yoga (i don't know how properly explain it) that has done nothing but help me in my journey. I'd like to say a big thank you, thank you for everything and for being such a wonderful person. I'm so grateful, you have no idea. Sometimes I find myself crying doing yoga, especially when I do the bedtime practice. The first time it felt so weird that I had to look it up, I couldn't comprehend what was going on, but I feel relieved to know that it is normal. I feel like I need to tell you how grateful I am for you and your videos. About a year ago I broke my tailbone, and before that I could do a forward fold. I'm still struggling, but a forward fold feels more and more possible each day. Because of your videos, and my participation, this is possible! I was afraid I would always feel pain and would never be able to sit comfortably. Thanks to you my tailbone is happy, but other muscles are working to get there. Also, your videos this past year have gotten me through the hardest times of my life. They have allowed me to focus on my healing because I am just as important as those around me.
